David Aglira is a Collections Executive who has over 30 years of experience in the Operations, Collections, Customer Service and Litigation industries. David’s clients have included some of the top banks, mortgage companies, hospitals, utilities and legal networks along with the government sector. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management.

Daniel J. McCusker

General Counsel

Daniel J. McCusker, Esquire is a Financial Services Executive who has over 20 years of legal experience in the collection industry, private sector and law firm arenas. Dan’s clients have included some of the top credit issuers, banks, debt buyers as well as a myriad of commercial entities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Government & Politics from Widener University and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law.

Tim Smith

Tim Smith, is a seasoned executive in the Business Process Outsourcing space with over 25 years of broad-based experience crossing Business Development, Client Engagement, and Operational Strategy. His clients have included some of the top credit issuers, banks, auto finance companies as well as a myriad of commercial entities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in SUNY College at Buffalo and Executive MBAs from Michigan State in Process Re-Engineering and University of Queensland in Organizational Leadership.
